Who it suits

  • Your team logs numbers through the week, someone rolls them up at month-end, and it all ends in a meeting with slides.
  • You want the month-end routine to be the same three files every time.

How the three fit together

Owners type weekly numbers into the KPI Tracker. At month-end you paste the monthly totals into KPI Starter. The deck's charts take the same figures, typed in.

Probably not for you if

  • Your company can't use Google Drive. Two of the three still work; the tracker doesn't.
  • You present in Google Slides. The deck's charts become pictures there.

Questions people ask about this one

Do the three files update each other?

No. You copy the monthly totals across. Linked files across Sheets, Excel and PowerPoint break too easily to be worth it.
