Prices are a starting point, for businesses, excluding VAT. The quote says exactly what's included. We don't publish a day rate because we quote the job, not the hours. A consumer price including VAT is available on request.

How a project goes

    You send the form below

    What you have now, what you need to see, roughly when.

    We talk

    A short call or a few emails. We may ask for an anonymised sample of your data.

    You get a written quote

    Scope, price, what we need from you, delivery date and what happens if the scope changes. Nothing starts until you accept it.

    We build, you check

    You see a working version partway through, on your own data, and tell us what's off.

  5. 5

    Handover

    The finished file, a short guide to its inputs, and a period for questions by email.

Payment is by invoice and bank transfer, not through the shop's checkout. Deposit, ownership of the finished work and the other terms are set out in the written quote.

Your data stays your data

  • We work on copies of your exports, not on your live systems, unless the quote says otherwise.
  • If you need an NDA, tell us before you send any data and we'll sort it out first.
  • Anonymised or trimmed data is fine for the first look. We only need the real thing to finish.
  • What happens to your data files after the project is set out in the written quote.
  • We don't promise results. A dashboard shows your numbers clearly; what they say is up to your business.

What we don't do

  • Bookkeeping, tax returns, audits or financial advice. Your accountant does those; we can build the file they'll read.
  • Hosting your data, running servers or paid connectors on your behalf.
  • Company-wide BI rollouts with dozens of users and a data warehouse. That's an agency-sized job and we'd rather tell you now.
