The Excel templates and models, yes: we built everything we ship to work in Excel for Mac (Microsoft 365), because we don't use macros or Power Pivot. Google Sheets works in any browser. PowerPoint decks open in PowerPoint for Mac. Power BI is the exception: Power BI Desktop is Windows-only, so on a Mac you'd need a Windows virtual machine or the Power BI service.

We build for Microsoft 365, Excel 2021 and Excel 2019 on Windows, plus Excel for Mac (Microsoft 365). Excel 2016 and Excel for the web are "Partly": the numbers work, some slicers and formatting don't, and large models get slow online. Each product page has its own table.

No. It's a starter kit (.zip): a data model workbook with sample data, a theme file, the DAX measures and a build guide as a PDF. You build the report pages in Power BI Desktop by following the guide. The hard parts (the data model, the date table, the measures) are written for you. The product page says this too.

Not to use the kit. Power BI Desktop is free and that's all you need to build and read the report on your own computer. You need a Pro or Premium Per User licence only to publish the report to the Power BI service and share it with colleagues.

As a Sheets-ready .xlsx file: upload it to your Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Where we've set up a "Make a copy" link, the download button takes you to Google's copy page instead, and the copy lands in your Drive, private to you. Either way the link follows the usual rules: 7 days, 5 uses per file.

Yes. The free sample is a cut-down KPI Starter in .xlsx. No email needed. If it opens and behaves on your machine, the paid Excel templates are built the same way.

Yes. You can build reports for clients with it and send them the outputs: charts, PDFs, slides, numbers. What you can't do is hand over the template file itself, or sell it as your own. See the licence in plain words.

Single: one named person. Team: up to 10 named people in the same company. If you bought Single and the team has grown, write to us with your order number and we'll tell you the options. More than 10 people, same thing.

Yes. Stripe emails you a receipt and an invoice with the VAT shown. If you're an EU business and enter a valid VAT number on Stripe's payment page, the invoice shows the reverse-charge note instead of VAT.

It shouldn't for most consumers. Our prices include VAT, and the VAT shown at checkout depends on your country. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT. Outside the EU, local taxes are added only where we're required to collect them.

Request a new one on the new link page with your email and order number. New links are available for 24 months after purchase, and a new link cancels the old ones. If the email doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to us.

Bug fixes are free for as long as we sell the template. When we fix something, the next link you request downloads the fixed version. We don't send update emails for every small change. Bigger changes are listed on the product page.

Tell us what you see, in which program and version, and send a screenshot if you can. If the file doesn't work as described, we fix it. If we can't fix it, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund. That's your legal guarantee, not a favour.

For downloads, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once you start the download, provided you asked for immediate access and confirmed that at checkout. If you haven't downloaded yet, or you still have the right for another reason, use Withdraw from the contract here. Business customers don't have this right.

Yes, that's a template tune-up, from €290 excluding VAT. Bigger changes or a dashboard from scratch are quoted too. See custom work.
