Licence Terms
In plain words
Single is for one named person. Team is for up to 10 named people in one company. Edit the file however you like. Send the results (charts, PDFs, slides) to anyone, clients included. Don't pass on, sell or upload the file itself. One-off price, no subscription. The full terms below are what counts.

Full licence terms
1. Parties and scope
This licence is granted by Prime Digital Labs, trading as PixelMint Lab, 65 Av. de Sierre, 07200 Aubenas, France (“we”, “us”), to the person or business who bought the template (“you”). It applies to every template and bundle bought on pixelmintlab.com, and forms part of the Terms of Sale.
“Template” means the file or files delivered for your order, including any sample data, instructions and later corrected versions. “Outputs” means the charts, tables, figures, PDFs, slides and reports you create with the template.
2. Grant
When your payment is confirmed, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the template, without time limit, under the conditions below. The licence ends only if you breach it (section 9).
3. Single licence
A Single licence may be used by one named person: you, or one person you designate if you bought on behalf of a business. That person may install and use the template on the devices they use for work, and may use it for their own business, their job or their clients.
4. Team licence
A Team licence may be used by up to 10 named people working for the same company (one legal entity). The company keeps a list of the named users and may change a name when someone leaves. The file may be stored in a shared location only if access is limited to the named users.
A Team licence does not cover other companies in the same group, clients, or contractors who are not on the list of named users.
5. What you may do
- Use the template for any lawful business or personal purpose.
- Edit it freely: change formulas, sheets, labels, colours and layout, add your logo, remove our sample data.
- Make backup copies for the named users.
- Create outputs with it and share, publish or sell those outputs to anyone, including your clients. Outputs may include our layout and charts as they appear in your report.
- Use it to provide services to your clients, as long as the template file itself stays with the named users.
6. What you may not do
- Give, sell, rent, lend or transfer the template file, whether original or edited, to anyone who is not a named user under your licence.
- Upload it to a public website, file-sharing service, template marketplace or shared drive open to people outside the licence.
- Rebrand it, or publish or sell it, or any substantial part of it, as a template, theme or product of your own, including as part of a product that competes with ours.
- Hand the template file to a client as a deliverable. If a client needs to work in the file themselves, they need their own licence.
- Remove or hide copyright notices inside the file, other than on outputs you share.
7. Ownership
The template, including its structure, formulas, measures, queries, layout and design, remains our intellectual property. This licence gives you a right of use, not ownership.
Your data stays yours. We have no access to the data you put into a template. Our templates make no external connections of their own, apart from the data sources you choose to connect.
The sample data in our templates and previews is fictional. Any resemblance to real companies is coincidental.
8. Compatibility and use
The template is supplied for the programs and versions marked Yes in its compatibility table on the product page. Features may be limited on versions marked Partly, as described in the notes. Google Sheets templates are delivered as a Sheets-ready .xlsx file or, where we have set one up, through a “Make a copy” link; the source file is view-only and your copy belongs to your Google account. Our templates contain no macros.
PixelMint Lab templates are calculation tools, not financial, tax or investment advice. Sample data is illustrative. You are responsible for your inputs and for decisions made using the results.
9. Breach and termination
If you breach sections 3, 4 or 6, we may end this licence by written notice, after giving you a reasonable opportunity to stop the breach where it can be stopped. When the licence ends, you must stop using and delete the template. Outputs you created before the end of the licence remain yours to use.
10. Upgrades and more users
To move from Single to Team, or to cover more than 10 people, contact us at office@primedigitallabs.com with your order number.
11. Law
This licence is governed by French law, under the same conditions as section 16 of the Terms of Sale, including the protection of consumers’ home-country rules.
